Digital planning
An intraoral scan records tooth and gum surfaces. Dental X-rays, including 3D imaging when indicated, provide different information about bone and nearby structures for implant planning.

Coordinated care
Dr. Roodsar guides care from consultation through treatment planning, implant placement, provisional teeth when appropriate, and the final custom prosthesis.

Digital evaluation
We review your medical history and examine your mouth. Scans record surface detail, while appropriate dental imaging helps assess bone and surrounding anatomy.

Your treatment plan
We determine whether All-on-4 or All-on-X is appropriate, plan implant positions, and review the design of your new smile.

Implant placement
Implants are placed using digitally guided planning. When clinically appropriate, temporary teeth may be provided on the day of surgery.

Healing & final teeth
After healing, the provisional restoration is replaced with a durable final set of teeth designed for function, comfort, and natural aesthetics.

What is the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-X?
Both terms describe fixed full-arch tooth replacement supported by implants. All-on-4 refers to four supporting implants; All-on-X leaves the number to the individual treatment plan. The number and positions depend on clinical assessment.
Are All-on-X teeth removable?
The restoration stays fixed during daily use and is removed by a dental professional when needed. Removable implant-supported dentures are a different option that may also be discussed.
Will I receive teeth on the day of implant surgery?
Temporary teeth may be fitted at surgery when clinical conditions allow. This is not suitable for everyone and does not mean healing is complete. Final restorations are planned after healing and reassessment.
Who can have full-arch dental implants?
Assessment includes oral health, available bone, medical history, smoking and ability to maintain hygiene. Additional treatment or another option may be appropriate. An examination and suitable imaging are needed to decide.
What are the risks and maintenance needs?
Risks include infection, failure to heal or integrate, injury to nearby structures and loosening or damage to components. Daily cleaning and regular reviews remain necessary. Your dentist explains risks and maintenance specific to your plan.
How is the cost of All-on-X treatment determined?
