Meet Dr. Reza Roodsar
Dr. Reza Roodsar (Dr. Reza Naserhojjati Roodsar) is the lead general dentist and founder of North Arbor Dental in Kitchener-Waterloo. With over 27 years of clinical experience, Dr. Roodsar provides comprehensive, patient-centered care backed by a global education and a deep commitment to digital dental innovation. He is fully registered as a General Practitioner with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO).
After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1999, Dr. Roodsar dedicated his career to advanced postgraduate training across North America and internationally. With a background that includes international postgraduate teaching in orthodontics and implant dentistry, he consistently integrates the latest innovations into daily patient care. Today, his executive education from the Schulich School of Business (York University) supports a highly efficient, patient-focused clinical environment.

Dr. Ivana is a compassionate and dedicated Associate Dentist at North Arbor Dental in Kitchener-Waterloo, offering an international background and a strong focus on patient-centered care. She earned her dental degree in Macedonia in 2018, where she was awarded a scholarship to complete a six-month Erasmus+ traineeship in Croatia, gaining valuable experience in a diverse clinical setting.
After moving to Canada, she successfully completed her NDEB (National Dental Examining Board of Canada) qualification process and received her license to practice as a certified dentist in Ontario.
At our Kitchener practice, Dr. Ivana provides comprehensive dental care with a dedicated focus on preventive treatments, restorative procedures, root canal therapy (endodontics), and pediatric (kids) dentistry. She is committed to creating a calm, supportive environment where patients of all ages feel comfortable and confident in their care.
Meet Raman
Raman brings over 17 years of elite dental experience to her dual role as Practice Operations Lead and Registered Dental Hygienist at North Arbor Dental in Kitchener-Waterloo. Combining clinical precision with modern operational leadership, she ensures the practice delivers thorough, gentle, and seamlessly coordinated patient care.

Joanne brings over 30 years of premier dental experience to her dual role as Treatment Coordinator and Office Manager at North Arbor Dental in Kitchener-Waterloo. She ensures a seamless, welcoming experience, helping patients confidently navigate their custom dental journeys.

Allie is an experienced, certified Dental Assistant at North Arbor Dental in Kitchener-Waterloo with over a decade of hands-on clinical experience. A 2016 graduate of Fanshawe College, she is dedicated to providing elite patient care and ensuring efficient clinical operations during advanced procedures, including Invisalign, dental implants, and cosmetic dentistry.
Outside of her professional work, Allie enjoys painting, staying active, and spending time with her family. She is also committed to giving back to the Waterloo Region through regular volunteer work at a local soup kitchen.
